NKC CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS is our introductory class that familiarizes you with CrossFit movements, safety, form and technique. Participants build up power, stamina, and flexibility while performing functional movements that combine strength conditioning and cardio. They help each athlete slowly build up their strength and skills.
There are 6 NKC CrossFit Foundations classes, which are typically held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for two weeks -- beginning on the first Monday of the month.
