Start is Monday, Feb 13 and will feature and include the following:

  • Adherance to The Whole 30- this diet's structure will be explained and detailed at the Kick Off

  • Bi- Weekly Weigh In's for accountability and support

  • Counseling 1 on 1's (optional)

  • Before/After photos (optional)

  • Food Prep/Meal Planning Party

Requirements/commitments include:

  • $40 buy in (covers fitness assessments, weigh-ins, counseling opportunities and meal prep party)

  • Daily logging of food

  • Commitment to weekly gym attendance
